Our Penrith Swimming Centre Is A Great Facility
We have put an incredible amount of effort into developing the best facilities possible. We also work around the clock to maintain them and make sure that they never dip below the expected standard. This is particularly important when it comes to swimming, given that there is a lot of potential for uncleanliness if the facilities are not maintained appropriately.
When you visit us, you can rest assured that everything is clean and that you’ll have all of the facilities that you need to enjoy a fantastic workout whenever you need it. Our 50m indoor pool is heated and dedicated to lap swimming. It’s open all year round from 5am daily and 6am on Sundays.

We offer a huge range of classes, which includes some of the best aqua aerobics in Penrith. These are catered to every level of fitness all the way from beginners to the pros. We blend together cutting-edge exercise science, motivation and energy to make sure you get the best workout possible while also learning a lot.
Long-distance sets are inspired by triathlon swimming and these can really help you to boost your endurance and technique. If you are looking to develop the skills that you need to enjoy swimming properly, we are also happy to offer classes teaching the basics of swimming. This can open the door to a world of potential for you!
Our masters swimming group takes place on Saturday mornings and focuses on friendship and social connection. If you are looking to swim alongside a motivated and happy group, be sure to join!

If you’re looking for other courses to supplement your swimming experience, we have yoga to help you develop your flexibility. Group fitness for getting to know more people outside of the masters swimming group. Come along and meet more people to help you achieve your fitness goals!
