INTRO SWIM FITIf you are new to swimming this is the class for you. We aim to teach you the basics of swimming whilst at the same time giving you a great all over body workout.
MastersWe have a Masters group swimming squad on Saturday mornings. Inspired by friendship and social connection, yet still a great low impact all over body workout.
