Steve is a dedicated personal trainer who specialises in weight loss and functional fitness, with a background in MMA. 
He has a passion for biomechanics and human movement, and loves helping people overcome personal challenges to achieve great results.

Steve has specialties including; nutrition, CrossFit, olympic weightlifting, yoga, meditation, holistic training & gymnastics… Steve’s keen eye for detail and thoroughness has proven to get results for his clients.

Wendie has 20 years experience in the health and fitness industry and is passionate about helping people recover from injury or just improve their everyday quality of life. Pilates is her passion because she has seen the fantastic benefits that it brings to all ages, abilities or disabilities during her many years of teaching.
