YIN YOGA embrace your inner senses
Yoga… for some of us, it’s because we want better muscle tone and flexibility. For others, it’s because we have kids. Yin Yoga is a slower and more meditative practice, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. In this practice each poses are held for several minutes allowing the body to open at its natural pace.
