BODYATTACK

A high energy calorie consuming interval training workout that combines simple athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. BODYATTACK caters for total beginners to total addicts and gets you fit for the sport of life.

CXWORK

The ultimate way to get a tight and toned core in a 30 minute workout using resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises. CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger, leaner body.

BODYBALANCE

A Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates based class that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centred and calm.

BODYSTEP

A high energy fat-burning workout using a height adjustable step to tone your hips, butt and thighs. BODYSTEP will burn calories and leave you buzzing with satisfaction.

BODYPUMP

A full barbell workout that tones and strengthens your entire body. BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – FAST!

KIMAX

KIMAX is performed with a free standing kickboxing bag, designed exclusively for this class, using boxing gloves. Each ‘round’ used in KIMAX assimilates the use of Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing through simple combinations, which are intense and dynamic. Bring your boxing gloves and unleash some stress today!
