Why your health and weight loss goals are likely to fail!

Sorry if that is a really depressing title but unfortunately it is true, most of our attempts to change our health/weight, especially New Year’s Resolutions fail. I have decided to write about why this happens, to help you break the cycle.

A calorie is a calorie, right?

I hear this all the time; it is all about balancing calories in/out, just a numbers game. This is simply not true. Food is information, it sends various messages around your body switching genes of and on off.
