On behalf of Jason and myself, I’d like to thank Atmosphere for the support during this challenge. A few days post challenge now and we are continuing our training schedule and continuing to prep our food (for the weekdays at least) following the good habits and routines we established during the challenge! We have had massive results, losing a combined 42kg during the challenge (Jason lost a quarter of his starting weight!) We followed our meal plans to the letter, weighing every single ingredient! We managed to get our weekly meal prep down to a fine art, together getting it done in 2.5hrs (the first week took way longer)! We now have a much better idea of portion sizes and have some good meal and snack ideas. I will be reintroducing coffee though….I missed it these past 10 weeks! Before this challenge my fiancé Suzie and I were in a rut. We were eating fast food everyday with zero exercise and training, we were tired, lethargic and unmotivated to even leave the house because we were unimpressed on the way we felt and looked.
